CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE
A school is indeed the foundation of an individual’s life. It is the sacred area where a child’s emotional and intellectual quotient is drawn. The atmosphere in which a child grows up plays a pivotal role in the development of the child. But, unfortunately, we still follow the age – old system replete with many flaws; the emphasis is on cramming rather than developing a student’s skill and creativity. We, at St Stephen’s School, are committed to giving each one of our students education and a learning experience of a lifetime. Here, we go beyond the boundaries of books and trek the unseen. We inspire and enthuse, encouraging young minds to think, question and imagine.
We have here devised a holistic approach to judge students’ potential by developing a system to test a student’s predilection, capability, general awareness and extra – curricular skills. Further, as an avowed policy, we have not restricted ourselves to any particular creed or religion, but having culled the best and progressive elements from different sources, have adopted an eclectic approach of studies to infuse the students with new edifying ideas, scientific temper, sound moral character, love of God and the sense of belonging to the family, society and the nation at large.
Every human being has a vast reservoir of latent talent which only needs a proper channel. Here, we just create a congenial or conducive ambience in which this hidden potential can be mobilized.
